Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition
  • Gift cards or digital downloads (if applicable)
  • Final sale or clearance items (if specifically stated at purchase)

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), DashX will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
