Refunds

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), DashX will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items
